This module will explain the theory behind the exercises/training. Understand how your body works and function both in the saddle and on the ground. In this way you will be more prepared to discover wrong movements/positions which can over longer time cause pain and affect your posture negatively. You will learn the fundament of the exercises you will be presented for through the different training modules. All the training and exercises are based on the newest research within
